Practical information

Location
Bakken is located in Klampenborg – approx. 10 kilometres north of Copenhagen.
Address:  Dyrehavsbakken, Dyrehavevej 62, 2930 Klampenborg.
There are excellent train connections from Copenhagen to Klampenborg (approx. every 15 minutes). The walk from the station in Klampenborg to Bakken takes approx. 10 minutes.

Accommodation
Bakken will make an arrangement with a hotel in Copenhagen and we will therefore be able to offer accommodation at particularly favourable prices for participants in the World Santa Claus Congress.

The hotel is located in central Copenhagen.

Accommodation at the hotel is only available to Santas coming from abroad and to Danish Santas who live west of the Great Belt or on Bornholm.

Local transport
There are excellent train connections from Copenhagen Airport to Copenhagen City (approx. every 15 minutes).

Santas and Christmas pixies and elves should arrange their own transport to and from Bakken – but for Santas living at the hotel there will be able a free bus service to Bakken in the mornings and again back to the hotel in the evenings on all four days of the Congress.

Meals
Some of the meals at the World Santa Claus Congress will be free for participating Santas.

Parking
All participating Santas driving in their own cars will be provided with a free parking code for Bakken’s car park.
